Virgin Radio now available on Freeview
Freeview now has anouther free radio channel... Virgin Radio! YooPlay games has closed to make room for the radio station

Big brother live has now gone to make room for film4 which will be available for FREE on 23 July 2006

The launch date for Film4 has been confermed: 23rd July.
Teletext on 100 has changed
There has been a few changes to Teletext on 100. It now has the same look as Teletext on ITV and it now shows pictures from ITV1. There is an option to see the screen or to remove it.
Top-up TV is changing
Top-Up TV is changing from how we know it now. With new boxes coming out later this year, programs will be downloaded to your Freeview box which you can later watch! Also the Top-up TV channels their currenty are will no longer be available from live feeds.
Five life and Five US coming to Freeview
Top up TV have given up two of their slots for Five live and Five US due to launch later this year. The channel will be free-to-air and not part of Top-Up TV.
Sky Text and FilmFour now on EPG!
Sky text now has it own channel number (108). From here you can access the Sky Text service which is also available on all sky channels. FilmFour has now appeared on channel 31 which will start 31st july.
More4 +1gone, Big Brother Live here, Film Four coming to Freeview
There has been a lot of changes to Freeview to make room for Big Brother Live. Freeview viewers have now lostMore4+1 to make room for Big Brother Live which will be available via E4 by pressing red. Film Four will be available end of July

The new channel, ITV Play has now replaced Men and Motors on Freeview. ITV had announced ITV Play will be launching on Freeview and will replace Men and Motors two weeks ago. The channel will be like Quiz call.

The new CITV channel has launched on Freeview! It will be available from6.00amto6.00pm.
NHS direct coming to Freeview
The NHS service which is currently on SKY will soon also be available on Freeview. The new service, being made by Yoo-Media will launch in Aug 2006.
